Hello! My name is Tiffany Leech, and I am so honored to be the principal of Tibbals Elementary. Tibbals is a special place for our Tigers to learn. Our teachers are the best in the business and make magic happen every day. 

I’ve been in education since 2012 teaching in Frisco ISD and Wylie ISD. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (Education PreK-6th) from Texas A&M University and earned a master's degree in Education Administration from Texas A&M Commerce. You can catch me wearing an Aggie tee every Thursday for Think College Thursday! Gig em!

My husband is a high school baseball coach and U.S. History teacher outside of the district. We have three children; McKenna, Maylee, and Tyler. Reading, exercising, shopping, traveling, and movies are some things I love to do on the weekend.

I am so glad to be a part of the Wylie community and to be at Tibbals. I look forward to a great year with you!

Welcome!  I am thrilled to begin my 14th year in education, and I am blessed to be a part of the Tibbals Elementary family! I have taught pre-k, special education, third-grade, fourth-grade, and this will be my second year as the Assistant Principal of our campus.  One of my favorite parts of my job is building relationships with every Tiger that comes into our school.  I believe all students have the ability to learn and achieve at high levels, and I am here to support teachers, parents, and our community in order to help all kids achieve this greatness. 

My husband and I have been married for 17 years, and we have a freshman at Wylie Easy High School and a sixth grader at Harrison. You will often find me cheering on my kids at baseball games and drill team/dancing events.  I also love to read, watch college football, and eat at yummy breakfast spots around town!
